Terms and Conditions
1. Product Information and Usage
Turner & Hale manufactures plywood-based furniture and workstations designed for professional and commercial use. Please note that wood is a natural material; slight variations in grain, colour, and texture may occur and are not considered defects. Images on this website are for illustrative purposes.
2. Order Process, Pricing, and Payment
As a B2B manufacturer, all orders are subject to a formal quotation process. Prices are valid for 30 days from the date of quote. Production begins only upon receipt of the agreed deposit or purchase order, as specified in your invoice. Full payment terms will be outlined on your official invoice.
3. Lead Times & Delivery
We manufacture all products in-house in the UK to ensure quality. Estimated lead times will be provided at the time of ordering. While we make every effort to meet these dates, Turner & Hale cannot be held liable for unforeseen production or shipping delays.
4. Flat-Pack Assembly
To reduce shipping costs and environmental impact, our core products (including REVOdesk and ICT Elite) are supplied flat-packed. The customer is responsible for assembly using the provided instructions and fixings. No specialist skills are required for assembly.
5. Returns, Defects, and Warranty
Please inspect all goods immediately upon delivery. Any structural defects or damage in transit must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt. We offer a warranty on structural integrity under normal use conditions. Custom or bespoke orders are non-refundable unless manufacturing defects are proven.
6. Liability Limitations
Turner & Hale shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our products, including but not limited to loss of profit or business interruption.
7. Intellectual Property
All designs, trademarks, logos, and website content displayed on this site are the intellectual property of Turner & Hale. Reproduction or use of these materials without express written permission is strictly prohibited.
